the couch has been moved
but is restless perhaps, not quite
happy under the weight of
the Belgian family, perhaps
wanting to go home.
she’ll sleep on it a few nights
and let me know what she
decides and maybe we’ll borrow
the truck again and go get her.
it’s her decision after all.
