Dark chocolate with sea salt and almonds
is not to be found anywhere in Boulder;
the addict wanders from the Boulder Book Store
(one bar left, bought it) to Wild Oats (not a bar to be found),
to Pharmaca on Pearl (an empty box)
the cabinet in the kitchen is empty, each
square has melted in her mouth, the
final taste, salt on almonds dredged
in dark chocolate, she's
desperate.

Hi Jenny! Love your poems. I've got a very inside source from Chocolove who says the Sea Salt and Almond bars will be made tomorrow, and should be back in Boulder stores very soon. Hope you're doing well! :)

I am delighted to learn my favorite kind of Chocolove will reappear. It's kind of embarassing to realize that I am a total addict going from store to store looking for it!
I found that flavor of Chocolove at the Eldorado Market... just for future reference.
