The decorations are even 50% off,
or more and we could have a fine time
decorating the tree, since ours is
not yet decorated; the needles have
fallen to the floor and the fresh
smell of pine is long gone.
What a shame that we all march
to the same drummer, buying full
price and singing Christmas carols
in unison; how lovely to sing
throughout the year for peace and
harmony, good will towards all.
